You already use AI and you're still as busy as ever. Five repeatable workflows — inbox triage, first-draft-anything, research with sources, meeting-to-actions, and a reusable assistant — each one runnable today, each one a recurring time-sink turned into a few minutes.
Most people open an AI tool, type a vague request, get a mediocre answer, and quietly go back to doing the task themselves.
The problem is not the model. It is that everyday work like clearing the inbox, drafting, research, and meeting follow-up never got turned into a repeatable process. You re-explain your context every time and start from a blank prompt, so the time savings never show up.
This course fixes that by walking through the high-volume tasks one by one: sort a full inbox in a single pass, get a usable first draft in minutes, run research that comes back with real sources, and turn a meeting into clear decisions and tasks. Then you build a reusable assistant that already knows your context, so you stop re-explaining yourself, and you slot the workflows into your actual week instead of trying them once and forgetting them.
Founders and solo operators: wear every hat and need a few dependable workflows that quietly absorb the admin work.
Managers and team leads: lose hours to email, status updates, and meeting notes, and want a faster way through them.
Anyone who pays for AI but barely uses it: want concrete tasks to point it at and a habit that sticks past week one.
